Strolling Down Memory Lane

As I was enjoying my warm pumpkin spiced latte from Starbucks. I thought of some old memories from Halloween with my Grandma. One of the first things I remember is that my grandmother would always put five pennies in a bag along with some candy for the kids. I would make fun of her for it but she wanted to give them an extra "bonus".

I remember my grandmother would try to be creative and make my costumes. It was fun and games but one year I remember cutting holes out of a sheet and calling myself a ghost. Now I came across this picture today and tried to figure out what the heck I was. Heck I have no idea but i got a sheet wrapped around my head and body ha ha.
I look like like I haven't slept in days lol

A very good Halloween Memory is when Halloween Horror Nights first arrived to Universal Studios. We took a BIG group of people including my grandmother. You can't beat the Pepsi can discount. :) TO make a long story short. We were all in a haunted house and a guy in a mask comes out of no where and goes BOO to my grandmother. She screams and then passes out LOL. I couldn't stop laughing. But I then got scared as you never now. I can tell you that she got wheeled out in a wheelchair and put in the ambulance. She was fine. I do know that we got tickets to come back and we also got VIP passes for front of the line. We came back that evening lol. Grandma gets a little scared sometimes. You should have seen her in my car when I drove the mustang. She was always screaming especially when I hit the gas. ha ha.

Well 'No Name" the Bengal kitten is a terror lol....he is tearing me apart ha ha. He loves chewing on my wires TV, Laptop, anything with strings..you get the picture. I made a stop at pets mart and picked up bitter yuck which stops the chewing. I'm sorry but this stuff enhanced the chewing for this little mischeif cat. I sprayed and sprayed and sprayed and that little guy chews and chews and chews. I will figure something out. Now I am happy he is using the litter box. I think I may call him splash as when he uses the bathroom that all he does is "splashing" everywhere. Its not a fun cleanup and does it ever stink. One problem I do have is since I use pine for him and not the clay like I do pookie its hard for me to spot where he went tinkle LOL. He loves to cuddle and will come up and curl next to you.

So tonight I went to a haunted house that is held every year by the Terre Haute Humane Society and It is very good for Terre Haute. Very family oriented and just plain fun and it serves a very good cause. I got scared a few times lol. Isabelle the cowardly scaredy cat. ha ha. After wards I went to 7th & elm to eat a little appetizer and watch some of the game Saints vs Steelers. Tomorrow I will be at the game Colts Texans..ITS GONNA BE GOOD. This is a very critical game for us. I will be in the lower end zone :) should be interesting.

Letting People Know You Love Them: I love you with all my heart:

Thought this was special to share

Pearl Viola Renfroe
A Gift of the Heart
Letting People Know You Love Them

It’s easy to take our feelings for granted and to assume that the people we care about know how we feel about them. But while those we love are often quite cognizant of our feelings, saying "I love you" is a gift we should give to our loved ones whenever we can. Letting people know you love them is an important part of nurturing any kind of loving relationship. Few people tire of being told they are loved, and saying "I love you" can make a world of difference in someone’s life, take a relationship to a new level, or reaffirm and strengthen a steady bond. Everyone needs to hear the words "I love you." Three simple words – I - Love - You. When you declare your love for someone you admit to them that you care for them in the most significant way.

It can be difficult to express your love using words, particularly if you grew up around people that never expressed their affection verbally. But you should never be afraid to say "I love you" or worry that doing so will thrust you into a position of excessive vulnerability. It is important to share your feelings with those that matter to you. Part of the fulfillment that comes with loving someone is telling them that you love them. Besides, love exists to be expressed, not withheld.

If you love someone, let them know. Don’t be afraid of the strength of your emotions or worry that your loved one won’t feel the same way. Besides, the words "I love you" are often best said to another without expectation of a return investment. As each one of us is filled with an abundance of love, there is never any worry that you’ll run out of love if your expression of love isn’t said back to you. Saying, "I love you" is a gift of the heart sent directly via words to the heart of a recipient. Even though it may not always look that way, love from the heart is an offering that is always unconditional and given without strings attached. That is the true essence of the gift of "I love you."

Hand over the Candy Pumpkins or else ..

That is one of my favorite things about October. Theirs a good possibility, I may be on the Md No Bull radio along with some other FBBs talking about the latest news on the New Division "possibly" coming to the NPC next year. Its in the middle of Figure and bodybuilding. Should be interesting. Many have talked about this new division ending female bodybuilding. Its a shame that people actually have these thoughts. I do see why and understand, but this isn't the end of Female bodybuilding. Its not the end for me. I will lift till I am at a point where I can't lift no more.I do know that in the sport their are females that are TOO extreme as far as how they present themselves on stage. It looks bad, I have seen a few girls walk on stage, not even caring about how they look or how they act while on stage. With this new class, you will be required to wear heels. I personally like the heels, I am a sucker for heels and I own several pairs :) I will keep you informed when I get more information regarding the interview.

America's Got Talent contacted me about doing an open Audition in Chicago next weekend. Well....I have school so its one or the other. I will let you decide which one I picked. They would like to feature Female Bodybuilders. I think its a great idea, and this would be very positive for the sport. I am all up for it, even if I am only stage for a few seconds which you have 90 secs. I told the gentlemen I can travel for an open audition next year if I can't make the Chicago audition. Unfortunately, Chicago and NYC are the only two left this year.

My new "no name" Bengal, is doing good. He has a HUGE appetite, bigger than mine, and he is WILD. When I first got him he bit off part of my nail. He is a very sweet and cuddly cat. He will come right up to you and start purring. I took him to PetSmart today as I am leash training him. Everyone loved him and talked about how much he looks like a small leopard. It was cute watching him walk on the leash. He was born July 23rd which makes me 13 weeks old and he currently. weighs 3.65 pds. He quite a handful. Bunny likes him, pookie.....well shes being mean. I hope its just a phase and nothing more. This kitten is tearing up my wires and shoelaces lol.

The Kids told me to post these pictures or else they were going to show me a new bathroom spot in the house lol...

Bunny the Bumble Bee

Pookie Mouse being the red Devil "notice" she isn't camera friendly :)

No Name that can't stand still lol He is a DEVIL

He LOVES bags

Wishing you a safe weekend filled with lots of Happy Tricks and Treating. Times have changed with trick or Treating. Please be safe as there are a lot of REAL monsters out there.

Car Accident, Mechanical Bulls, Chili, and Kittens..Oh My

it was an intense time this past weekend. From my birthday last Friday, to the passing of my very first bulldog that I loved very much on Saturday, then a car accident a few days later. As some of you already know I got into a car accident a few days. I rented a car and went for a mid western drive as I wanted to see the country "yeehaw" side. Maybe I should have been a Diva truck driver as I love to drive. To be truly honest this is is how I brainstorm. I am starting a business in the Pet industry involving fitness, I wanted to think as well as breathe some nice fresh air from the country side. This is one of my favorite seasons of the year.

To get back to my story. I was driving over a bridge on the interstate on the left lane. It was a 2 lane stretch with barriers on each side. I am minding my business driving in a 70 mph zone when all of the sudden the truck jumps in front of me. It happened so fast that I tried to get out of the way but there was no other place to go. Immediately I heard this loud "BOOM" the truck hit me on the right side, and I went spinning. I started panicking about the several other cars around me, that they were going to slam into me and that was the end of it. I tried to get control of the car to avoid hitting the other cars around me, and the barrier. I didn't want anyone to get hurt. For a brief second I thought about my life and those that I love dearly. ext thing I remember is gaining control of the car and coming to a stop at the side of the road. My first reaction was "what just happened" I could barely get out of my car as I was shaking and my legs were jello. A lady stopped further down the road to check to see if I was okay. I thought I was going to pass out. I made sure that I was okay and in one piece. Here's the kicker. The truck was gone. He kept going. To make a long story short. The trooper found the truck caught him, I got replacement car and the rest is history. I believe in blessings and miracles and truly God blessed me here. : I have seen worse accidents were the cars were totaled and the person walked out without a scratch. Heres a pick of the front side of the car

This past Saturday. I went to a party with friends Jess, Tiff, Leigh Ann and Jan to get my mind off of Ruby which was hard. Anything would set me off crying. At the party It was a really awesome setup. They had a mechanical bull (you bet you bottoms I rode it *wink), Lots of chili, cocktails, and things for the kids to do. I really had a great time. It was a bunch of fire fighters having fun. Now the state troopers came by to make sure everyone was okay and also to turn the music down") On top of that when you left the party those troopers were waiting for you around the corner :), and made sure you were able to drive. Safety first. Overall it was a blast

I still have no idea what I will be for this party Friday lol. My I can do what grandma used to do to me and cut holes out of a sheet and put it over my head. maybe I can even buy one of those t-shirts that say "this is my costume" LOL. You know I thought about being a 80's rocker. maybe even a 80' rocker zombie/ vampire lol. I am dressing up Bunny and Pookie mouse for a costume contest at the apartment complex this weekend too.

I made chili and well...i need to work on it as its not the same as a certain person I know makes. Boy I would be fighting over that chili. My problem is I can't get the brown sugar and BBQ sauce down. I did eat the whole pot of chili I made. You can't let good things go to waste around my house.

Colts Texans November 1...I will be there :) cheering the boys on. I wish I wish I wish I could go to the Halloween game with the Saints and the Steelers. I am a Colts fan but this will be a good game. The Saints are not that good this year and the Steelers well...you know. The packers Vikings game was pretty good and close. At least it wasn't like the Colts Chiefs game where the majority was nothing but field goals lol.

I am starting another business in the pet industry. I am looking at a 1000sq ft facility here in Terre Haute its in a little place called Seelyville. I am suppose to look at the place tomorrow. It used to be a day care center and it is next to a dog grooming place called clippity dog. You know I started the gym business a while back ago and to start another business again is exciting. There are steps that I will take to get me to my goal. Number one is I would like to go to a dog behavior training school. My problem with this is that I don't want to go to any school. I want to go to one that is well known and has a good image. There is so much time and effort, not to mention money in establishing a business. But in the end its well worth every effort.

So I got to buy some bdu's or cargo pants with lots of pockets and loops for the EMT class along with my book. Luckily I have a pair of Magnum boots that are still in the box for when I was going to take my motorcycle class. So that saves me a little money there :). It should be interesting. Now I need to go find some cargo and try them on before I buy them. It has to be dark blue which I'm not too crazy about as Bunny's hair sticks to things like dark colored pants lol. Oh well

On another note. My new Bengal kitten will be here this weekend. I will take pictures :) He is a show cat and boy he was not cheap. What do you think of the name Titan..or Gizmo, I will just see how he acts over he weekend and see how he will be around the other kids of mine :)

Ruby got hit by a car this morning, and died. I love you Ruby, miss you dearly

I got a text from this morning from ex Randy, and I read it the last part saying something about ...was my friend and then the rest of the text cam in. Of course I started crying immediately as it said Ruby passed away. I called him and asked him about her and of course I was crying A LOT on the phone. He said when he was walking her this morning a car came and literally ran over her. He then told me the car took off and then finally came back. He went on talking about if it wasn't for Ruby it would have been him that would have gotten hit. The man driving feel asleep behind the wheel. Randy kept on telling me there was nothing he could do to save her life and that she wouldn't even let him touch her. This kills me. Ruby was a great dog and of course it affects me a lot as she was my best friend back at one point and I took care of her all the time. She was my baby. So my heart is sad. I can't stop crying. I wish i was there for her. I would have tried and tried to save her. Randy and his wife took her to the vet this morning to have her cremated. This hurts me a lot, and I know Ruby is in a better place....Ruby always will be in my heart. I love you Ruby and you will be greatly missed

I never like seeing anyone suffer and I wish to God I could perform miracles and save lives. I'm sorry but It hurts me so much.

No One get in the way of what of what I feel for you...

No One....this song is stuck in my head. Get it out lol. Its like the one song back in the 90's "Insane in the Membrane" I was going insane yesterday for a 2nd time now at the firehouse gym with Tiff, Jess and Lee Ann. Whew! All I was thinking in my head was this song "insane in the membrane" lol. Well, I don't know what you call it but what killed me yesterday with the workout was these pushups where you kind of like crawl sideways and then do a push up. It KILLED me. i'm determined though to conquer that exercise. :) I'm so competitive, is that a bad thing? :)

Nationals in Hot Atlanta......Good Luck Competitors. I made a few shout outs already to some of my friends. But to all of you competitors, I am so proud of you all as it takes a lot of FOCUS, DETERMINATION, PATIENCE, and HARD WORK to get there. Nationals for me brings back some great memories. TOO GREAT to be exact, and I will always cherish those moments as long as I live :) Of course my best National Level Moments was at Vegas. :)
I am so happy to hear that Zoa Lindsey is on the road to a very speedy recovery after her surgery. She is a very wonderful person and has a very good heart. She's not like many pro's I meet. :) One of a kind.

I am now getting that famous question....when are we going to see you again on stage? You will see me in 2011...I just won't tell you when :) (sticking tongue out like a bratty kid) lol.

You all know I love Bodybuilding. It has changed my life and will be a part of me till I go to that big paradise in the sky :) Its a fun hobby for me. I am now focusing on some projects in the fitness field. Speaking of which my website is going to do a 360 with a new design. I am very excited about. I am hoping it will be ready to go by mid Dec. It will be focused on personal training and seminars, mind body and spirit connection, my training with HD videos and pictures, pet fitness, kids fitness, and some other cool things.

Today I send in my registration application for the accelerated EMT course in Bloomington, IN for November. It is going to be a long LONG 14 days. Worst case scenario I will start it Dec 5th if the class is full to capacity for November. Cross your fingers. Pray for me :) To be quite honest
my big thing now is pet fitness. :) I just love animals. Which reminds me. Some of you have already seen these pictures but you will see them again here shortly in my blog:) Oh I am currently looking for a good yoga certification program too. :) If you know one short me a message on facebook or my email address. Oh I did deactivate a facebook account I had. When my main one had some "technical difficulties" I opened another one for fans. Luckily I'm one of the few that got my "technical issue" resolved. Thank you Facebook. So there is no need to have 2 FBs when I rarely go to the other.

I am fixing to make me a protein shake with mint oreo cookies and yes Peanut butter and water. Its amazing what a little hand mixer can do compared to my heavy duty blender. :) I'm going to see if I can squeeze some "welcome to the GUN show" training this afternoon. I can't believe I am actually up right now. But that's part of the routine and discipline for me.

I have a Announcement. I am welcoming a new family member. Originally I wanted to get another English Bulldog but realized one is more than I can handle :) So I thought of getting another cat. I originally wanted a Savannah F3. But I got talked out of it and into another unique breed. Well anyway here is some pictures of him. The first one is 4 weeks 2nd one is at 11 weeks later and the others are current ones of him. I have no idea what to call him. I immediately thought of Alf from the old 80's show who was known for the line "ha I kill me". His colors reminded me of him but I think he deserves a unique name. Maybe I can call him one of the greek gods since he is coming from Olympus Bengals and I love Greek mythology. What do you think his name should be. I can tell you he is a Show Bengal and has all the true qualities that make him as the breeder told me "flashy" Check out his spots. They get better as he gets older. i know they go through that fuzzy stage, and I have no idea if he is still in that stage lol :) He will be coming from Austin, Texas very soon.

Now I leave you with a picture of me holding a beautiful angel. He is soo cute. Me and Katie went over to see a god friend of ours Jill and also I have not yet seen her 2 month old baby Jackson. Now I don't look glamorous here, forgive me for looking taxed as it was a exhausting day lol. Nothing like holding a precious baby to make everything better. This one is going to get super spoiled by me. Just look how big he is and he is only two months. I know my eyes look weird but I have on colored contacts to cover those puppy eyes of mine. My eyes are glowing.
Notice the finger at the bootom of the pic lol thats katies :) The picture reminds me of an old 80s pictures. I love the 80s.

Love is ........

a beautiful thing..well can be. I love life and yes Love is something I take seriously for things. Its powerful stuff man! This love I have won't die man.

I want to share some of the love I have by sharing these next couple of pictures. There are a few people that have deeply touch my life. Some I won't mention as thats my business and now all I can do is just suck it up lol. Others like my friend pictures below has touched my life so much.

before I do that, here's a picture of me ...I know I look a mess. LOL

I really did have a good time when I went away. I really love this lady so much. She has been a friend and mother figure to me. She is so funny and has the biggest heart I know. She will do anything for anybody. :) She is a rare gem and a one of kind and a lot of us can really learn from her. Here we are being silly. and here is another picture of an award she received for being so awesome. ( she will kill me probably if she knows I post picture)
Oh My I just love this women. Her daughter is one of the top students in Bulgaria and is now going to be studying in London.

Here's a picture of us on the beach lol

This is a random picture of KoKo the squirrel

Pookie Mouse got mad at me as I haven't mentioned her in my blog and she wanted to peep in and say hello

here are some pictures from the game. The VIP Tailgate was fun and I got to meet 4 of the colts Ex football players Roosevelt Potts, Barry Krauss, Bill Schultz and Ken Dilger. Very Nice guys. I noticed Ken had a watch on that reminded me of an Invicta watch. We were all having a conversation as the were talking about my pictures on my phone lol. So I said to Ken is that an Invicta...LOL. I looked closer at his watch and it was a Breitling. I then said "oh, its a Breitling" LOL. I told him the story about the diamond Breitling in Nassau that cost $189,000. He was telling me he is a big watch person and likes the Invicta watches and owns several. I think he said he had a total of 41 watches and 4 of those being Breitlings :). He was very cool.
Here is a picture with little ole me with the Big Boys

heres a picture of my boy BLUE. Hes soooo cute

I saw these clowns and had to get thier picture. They reminded me Blue Man group but red. or better yet red M & M's. The game was okay. It was field goals for the first 3 quarters of the game. I wasn't a happy camper. Peyton was a little off Sunday, but thats okay. We won and thats all that matters. Game over Chiefs

I think I mentioned that when I came back from Vacation I got to ride on the Airtran Colts plane. i didn't realize it till I stepped on the plane. Here's a picture

I apologize here are some pictures I took from the Terre Haute North High School game on Friday against Carmel. It was a challenging game. Carmel ranks 3rd in the state and they had about 14 coaches for the team lol. I also went to the game Saturday and it was fun to watch . it was a good game.

I am on a mission for a birthday gift. i want to get a F3 Savannah cat...Isn't this one just a cutie pie. I would so much dress mine up. She is the queen

Check out this guys kicks (shoes) Very cool.

Reggie Wayne loves the people. :) GO REGGIE

Its BLUEEEEEE

Peyton looking focused lol.

Later today I am taking Ballroom Dancing lessons. I am a little nervous but it will be fun. Oh yes I forgot to mention I went to a bonfire on Sunday courtesy of Tiffany. Then I had smores on the fire lol courtesy of Jess :) It was goooood.

In the next week I have to come up with a costume for a Halloween party on the 29th. They want me to be a buff police officer lol. I'm shyyyyyy

Well time for bed in a few hours I need to do some cardio

I just can't believe people......

As you never know what to expect from them. :) My birthday is the 22ND this month. I know I know ....I am OLD lol. I am a kid at heart and always will be. So I got a nice birthday gift from one of my friends. Since I am going to the Colts Chiefs game tomorrow, my friend surprised me with a SWEET birthday gift. I got a VIP Colts tailgate ticket. woohoo! They had this at the Giants game and I was wondering what it was. This is the first year they are doing this. Pretty much you are in a huge air conditioned tent, with couches, Huge flat screen TVs, catering by Ruth Chris Steakhouse, soft drinks, water, premier beverages such as wine and other alcoholic beverages, carpeted floors, plus they have several Colts players come over to the tent. :)

So I am so excited. This is going to be a good game. I will take plenty of pictures for you at the tailgate. The people that are handling it are so nice. I text the guy late this evening and he gave me a call right away and was very friendly. :).

I am excited excited excited. He mentioned that I should be there early so i will be getting there around 9 am. Lucky for me I am a 24 hour gym member at Anytime Fitness. Speaking of which there is a new gym coming to Terre Haute. I am excited about this too as its another gym I can work out at.

Too much fun for me....take it away

I am burnt from my vacation. I had a blast and will post some pictures here for you later today. I PROMISE..Pinkie swear. It was nice seeing old friends, remembering the good times and having a few good laughs. I really did have a good time although there were a few bumps on the way but I handled it as hard as it was :). I really had lots of fun. I had a fabulous time in Half Moon Cay, it is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. I have always wanted to get my passport stamped and never have and now I know I can when I go to islands when your nice. I was disappointed as I didn't get my home made conch salad in Nassau like I always do. Anyway, I will share some funny stories with you later today. I will be going back again sometime in November and then again back to back maybe the end of December or first weeks of January. You know on this vacation I had several people stop me and take pictures and then a couple ask me for autographs lol. I met so many wonderful people on the vacation as well. Especially this adorable couple from Georgia. My heart went out for these two. You could see the sparkle in their eyes. They were in their anniversary and having a great time. The way they meet is a pretty cute story. Maybe I can share it with you sometime. I am a real romantic person and love love. So talking to these two lovebirds brought back some memories for me and also brought out my romantic side. i use to be the type of girl that back in middle school I would write on paper check yes if you like check no if you don't. LOL. I would also try to win the love of my middle school sweetheart by leaving them things like drawings or toys in their lunch box lol. Love or caring for someone can hurt y'all... okay now I want to touch on some things quickly as I have a football game to go to this morning at 10 am at North High school as my friend's son is playing on the freshman team.

Sooooo on the way back home from Atlanta I got to ride on the Airtran Colts plane. I didn't realize it till I was walking on the plane and saw it was blue. LOL. Shows you how much I pay attention to things around me lol. I do have some pictures of the plane when I got off. : ) I will post later. Of course I am going to the double C header tomorrow. Colts vs Chiefs. I got section 138 row 8 wooooohooo. So at least I thought I did before I made a call to the NFL ticket exchange. Turns out my ticket was sold as I placed an order the same time as someone else. So boohoo. I am now in section 108. Which is fine as I always wondered about this section. I see BLUE hanging out here all the time. So again I thought I HAD a good seat. It was either 138 section or section 636 row 7. I had chose the 138 section as I was in section 137 last time. See I'm moving closer in :) But really I'm not lol. 108 isn't bad as its near all the fun. As long as I am at the game it doesn't matter where I sit. I'm thrilled about tomorrow. Going to make some signs tonight and hoping I get on the big tele. Now I am debating on the vip tailgate as that looks fun.

Yesterday I hung out with a couple girlfriends and went to the North High School Patriots game vs. Carmel. Unfortunately the Patriots got creamed 6 to 56. Those Carmel boys were pretty big and they had like 24 coach's on their team. They are one of the top teams in Indiana. I had a good time and I also made some great connections with some clients for personal training. Speaking of which. I am offering free personal training lessons for kids, family police officers, fire fighters, military, pretty much anyone who lives in Terre Haute. I am being 100 % serious about this. I want to give back to society and personal training and helping people is something I enjoy. I met a few ladies yesterday and some football moms that would love to have their kids trained by me. :) I love kids.

Okay my bodybuilding friends are trying to get me to go to NPC Nationals this weekend coming up. I don't know...what do you think? its in Atlanta this year and it will be a good show to attend besides I get to represent Indiana by being one of thier pro bodybuilders :) I don't know I have to think about it.

November or maybe December I will probably be going to school for 14 days in Bloomington, IN which I have no idea where that is :) I am really getting focused on medic school and need to do whatever it takes. The course for 14 days is pretty pricey but for the 14 days, you are nonstop training 9-5 everyday. I can handle that. My purse or my wallet on the other hand can't :) its expensive

I had a dream last night I won a pro bodybuilding contest. lol. Anything is possible. It felt so real. All I remember is that I won the show and I started crying. It was a very tough competition as I remember the girls were ripped and very symmetrical but they picked me. It made me so happy. Next year 2011 I plan to bring a different unique package to the stage. I am back to training today and it should be fun. I know I will be sore later.

Time for me to get ready. I will post more later and some pictures as well
