Believe in your dreams......Earned my pro card

I thank God for helping me in my journey to the USAs. It was a long hard path to victory lane.

I earned my IFBB PRO status and I got Engaged all in one weekend. This was the happiest moment of my life.

This weekend I was awarded a Pro card at the USAs. It wasn't easy as the competition was tough. I haven't competed on stage since 2006. I owe everything to my coach Tim Gardner. He pushed me beyond my limits since day 1 which was back in November. Tim really takes care of his athletes and he helped me win BIG. Its amazing how much of a transformation he did with me. here is some sample pictures...

Thanks so much Tim for everything

Here's a picture of me at the Blueberry Hill restaurant. It was the last night in Vegas and I had to try the pancakes. This place is AWESOME!!!!!

One more week

I just want to wish the best of luck to my friend Diana Cook who is competing this weekend at the Masters Nationals. She has been dieting her butt off for this show. I adore Diana very much as she has so much dedication and passion for the sport.

Well I honestly have a few days left before I depart to Vegas Wednesday. I still have some last minute errands I must run. Oh that's going to be fun.

Well I have improved my package A LOT!!!!!!!! I am very very excited. I feel and know that I am presenting my best package ever. So Lookout Vegas I'm ready to rumble.

For you vein fans

I'm tired and I ready to get the show on the road. I am right where I need to be. I am very happy with how my physique has turned out and I can't wait to see what the finished product will be in another week and a half. This has got to be the best conditioning I have had in a long time. Its been a few years since I have had a successful prep. There has always been something that has gotten in the way or stopped me from reaching my full potential. This year I am blessed. I have the best of both worlds. Tim Gardner has been prepping me and has been there for me through the good and the bad. He doesn't color coat things and he tells it how it is. There where times when I got down on myseld and he kept on pushing me and making me aware of what was on the line. He has always believed in my potential since day 1. I am very honored to be working with him. I am aiming for a pro card. I have no idea what the judges are looking for. It constantly changes. So all I can do is be myself and show off what I worked so hard for. But the important thing is to have fun in the process lol

Then I have my awesome boyfriend David Stamper. He has gone above and beyond for me. He treats me like a little princess. David is my knight in shinning armour. Hes been the backbone to my success with my prep for the show. I am looking forward to Vegas as it will be our first time together there. I will be sure to take some candid shots for you. :) Pretty soon I may be a Mrs. Stamper but I better be careful as some people already had a heart attack over my wedding comments. I wouldn't talk about something if I wasn't serious. I will have to take a picture of my engagement ring as it is gorgeous and it has lots of diamonds. :) lol

Now for some veins

I just wanted to post some random shots David took as he caught me off guard in my relaxed state lol

Moving Forward

I learned that if you want to make it bad enough, no matter how bad it is, you can make it.
-Gale Sayers

I'm still moving forward with USAs. Last year was very hard on me as I had CERTAIN things or a certain something in my life that really blinded me from my goal. I worked very hard last year putting a lot of time and money into my prep. I really want to appologize to my friends and most of all my devoted fans for last year. I promise to make it up to you in the next 3 weeks as I will bring a new and improved Isabelle. I really couldn't be any happier with where I am right now.

Last year I spent numerous hours in the gym, and spent lots of money for my USA prep. I have to admit this year was a totally diffrent experience for me. I didn't train as much. I train 4-5 days a week right now and only do 1 bodypart a day. My cardio sessions are way less than last year. I saved numerous amounts of money too. I have to thank my boyfriend David for that. I remember him telling me that this will be the cheapest show I do. He was right. I'm not complianing. It's amazing how much last year I spent on all these things that in all honesty I really didn't need. I wish I would have met him a long time ago.

I guess what I am trying to say is that this prep has been the best by far. It reminds me of my excalibur prep in 03 and my north american prep. The difference will be my package/presentation will be more improved. I'm excited. At Excalibur I needed to have tighter legs but still brought great conditioning and at North American i needed to be fuller as I was a little stringy. So keep in mind a shape like North American but a little bigger by a few pounds and of course more fuller. I also noticed that I have striations in my glutes which is a bonus for me.

Sure I have my eyes on a procard. Who does't at this show. But truly I will be happy when I compete in 3 weeks as that is my ultimate goal. I want to step on stage, have fun, mingle with old friends and make new ones.

After that I want to relax and spend time with David in Vegas. I don't know if I should be saying this or not but he has been talking about a engagement ring. Yes we are seriously involved as I did move here to be with him as he is a big part of my life. I am sure you alredy know that

Okay time to go and train
