Exercise & Diet Tips

*Replace drinking soda or diet soda beverages to water. There are zero calories in water and water helps flush the fat and toxins. you need to drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water a day.

*Eat 4 to 5 smaller meals a day instead of one all you can eat meal.

*Keep a journal to help you keep track of your meals and snacks you consume, how you feeling that day/after your meals etc., keep a log of your workouts/cardio, etc. Use it as a tool to help you get closer to your goals
