Andy from Amg-lite.com is going to change my website around. I am pretty excited about this as he does very good work. I like Andy a lot and he is one of the coolest and biggest supporters of Female Bodybuilding. A lot of you already know this about Andy. He gives us lots of coverage and he sends traffic to our sites. I ask you to take the time an send andy a "thank you " for everything he has done for us Female athletes.
