Legs are killing me today. I blasted my legs as hard as I could. Over the last few months I have applied a very strict training regimen. It's really no rocket science how to train and get things done. Seriously, but we learn something new everyday. I may be a professional bodybuilder, but I am learning stuff all the time and it never ends. I can say that I am following a lot of the practices of Dorian Yates.

Long weekend ahead of me and let's see what happens

A note from me

Hello All
I hope this weather hasn't got you beat it has been the best weather for me in this small little town of Terre Haute. Just today we had a high of 57 degrees. Go away snow and don't come back. I don't know of many of you know but I am competing this year and currently dieting. It's been a long .....too long time that I have been on the stage. There's just something about a bland diet,  intense torture training, and long grueling hours of cardio that just sets me on "fire". Keep posted on the blogs as I will keep you up to date. I am also getting ready for the tough mudder run in March.
