Having fun on t bar row

This is what I warm up with before I do heavy deadlifting

Isabelle Selena Turell: I love life, love a challenge, and I believe anything is possible when you put your mind to it. Every day is a brand new adventure for me and I strive to be the best at anything I pursue. But my main love is going above and beyond for people. I believe in smiles and saying friendly hellos. I like to treat everyone like family. I enjoy doing volunteer work, helping out the homeless, and making the world a better place.
