Its not the best qaulity photo, but I did what to keep you guys posted and updated on me. A lot of people know I am getting ready for USAs. This prep has made me a completly new person inside and out. I have been blessed working with Tim Gardner who is an awesome Coach, Trainer, and Friend. He has taught me so many things about my body and myself. I am training less, doing less cardio and very STRESS FREE. Im completly happy and very fortunate. In my eyes I feel I am at a good place right now mentally and physically.
I also have David constantly riding my tail about my training, diet, sleep, etc. He also wants me off the boards as some people may cause drama about me. I can care less about the drama. AS my friend Jason always tells me "Save the Drama for your Mama". I'm doing this show for me. Sure it would be AWESOME to walk away with a pro card BUT.......my goal is to come at my best and compete at the Artemis Hall among all my other friends and competitors. After the show I am sure me and David will grab a bite somewhere and maybe stop by Fat Tuesdays...lol
Thursday I should be going to Kings Island. I never been there before and it should be fun. I need a break. Hopefully the weather will be nice. Saturday, I will be judging Tim Mobleys show In Indianapolis. Tim is going to have a Huge turnout.

Happy Memorial Weekend

Just want to wish everyone a Happy Memorial Weekend and give you an update as its long overdo.

I need to get my blog back up to date. I apologize for my absence for not keeping you guys informed on my blog. Contest preparation is very challenging this time and I love it. For the first time I am in the right frame of mind and very focus. I have to thank my coach Tim Gardner and my loving boyfriend David Stamper. I am the luckiest girl in the world and the happiest.

Prep is going well and i am amazed at my size and the way things are coming together so nicely. Its a hard road but I will be very happy when the mission is accomplished. The other day I did leg press and pushed 1208 lbs which is 26 45' plates total plus a 35 plate. I was hungry for a challenge. The last time I did something like this wa in 2003 and I did 30 45'plates on leg press. I was very impressed and it felt great moving that weight. The mind is a powerful tool in bodybuilding.

We are 9 weeks away from USAs and I pretty much have everything set so far on my checklist. I just need to get some ods and end stuff here and there. Plus I need to send out my entry form too. :) I will be guest posing t th Indiana State Show 2 weeks out from USAs. This is my first time guest posing and I am looking very forward to it as it should be fun.

Okay I am going to leave you with a Cam picture of me just thinking of whether I should do grilled or baked chicken. lol

Before I forget Andy (AMGLITE) will be having me as Goddess of the month for June. Thanks Andy!

I want to say a HUGE thank you to some people that generously donated to my site Every little bit helps me out so much with my competition expenses.
It really means a lot to me. I have had so much support and positive feedback from fans and members of my site.

Don't forget to keep up with me in my ROAD TO USAS at

Yesterday I went bowling and had a great time. Everybody seemed surprised to see a bodybuilder bowl. LOL. I have to be honest at first I really bowled bad. I then was determined to fight back and give it my best. I finally got a feel or rhythm going. The second game I got 2 strikes YEAH!!! Even though I didn't get a good score I still gave it all I got. I haven't bowled since I was 11 yrs old. LOL

Now I am on a mission. I am not a food eating champ by far but I did do a 48 oz steak challenge in 20 mins. I want to attempt to do another food challenge and video tape it. haha. I have a bigger appetite than my boyfriend so I can't compete against him lol. I thought about doing a challenge with McDonald's cheeseburgers. I was hoping there was a place where I can go in Indianapolis or Terre Haute, Indiana where I could do a food challenge. But I think I am out of luck. Sam's Steakhouse is the only one I know of. Any suggestions.

I also would like to hear suggestions on video clips and photos that you would like to see on the website. I am always open to new things. I like to get Davids feedback on things so we will both look at the suggestions together. You can send your suggestions to
isabelleturell@hotmail.com

I also want to thank my boyfriend David for taking the time from his busy schedule and helping me out with taking photos and video for my website. he has done some fantastic work.

We are moving into our brand new apartment this week. I am so excited as it is so beautiful and top of the line. I admit I am not looking forward to moving as its just me and David doing the moving. ha ha. This should be really interesting. :) I think I may have to play sick that day.

You know David is an amazing person, and in my eyes he is the most amazing person in the world. I can't describe what I feel inside as there are no words for it. But He makes me very very happy. I am truly blessed to have found the love of my life.

Alright enough mushy talk....lol

I am back to my old self doing the hardcore training, and giving it all I got. I feel great and I am smooth sailing.
